Sunday, October 1st

Theoretical and demonstrative. We will delve into the historical, scientific, technical, and social pillars of the barbershop, they will be our master key for the entire theoretical and demonstrative development of the workshop.

4 pillars of Biosafety - The 3 P's of shaving and shaving (Skin, Hair, and PH) - shaving PBP - Beard care PRP - Explanation about the Razor, Stone, Settler, and Brush - Communication of Excellence - 6 pillars of high performance - Pre-service protocol - shaving protocol - 16 areas of the Italian shave - Reasons why the customer does not like it - A lot more.. - Demonstration of full shave, alignment and treatment of the beard and a short beard.

Theoretical and practical We will delve into practice in the Scientific, Technical, and Social pillars.

10:00 AM Introduction to philosophy of work and Italian Shave. Shaving protocol
10:30 AM History of Italian Shave. Explanation of all material and purposes. Secrets, what to avoid.
11:00 AM Italian Shave demonstration
12:30 PM Lunch
1:30 PM 1st Group Practice
While the first group performs the shave, the second group uses the protocol, observes, follows a step-by-step shaving kit, and takes notes.
3:00 PM 2nd Group Practice
While the second group performs the shave, the first group uses the protocol, observes, follows the step-by-step shaving kit, and takes notes.
4:30 PM Summary
Sharing the notes and professional perspective on improvements.
- Handling of the fixed blade knife - Documented Italian shaving protocol - Skin analysis - Hair analysis - Indication and construction of the best treatment for each client - Professional reception - How to create a good shaving foam - Understanding the reasons for each phase of shaving - We will open a gap to talk about the points of doubt - Italian shave demo - Shaving practice + Protocol in document - Analysis of students and talk about points that can be improved.
